WHO WE SUPPORT & REFERRALS
A different route.
A positive next step.
When school feels difficult, the right relationship can make a difference. We support young people through sport, practical activities and tailored 1:1 mentoring.
Discuss a referralSTARTING WITH THE INDIVIDUAL
Every young person has a different story.
Some young people need a different setting, a trusted adult or a more practical way to engage. We work alongside schools and families to understand what is getting in the way and what could help.
Our focus is on building confidence, positive relationships and skills for life, while supporting manageable steps towards renewed engagement with education.
